The SAIS Annual Conference is the largest regional networking and educational event for independent school professionals in the Southeast. Attendees will examine critical issues, discuss proven strategies, and share emerging trends at the largest gathering of its kind in the region.

Each exhibitor will have a 6′ x 30″ rectangular table and 1 chair. Each sponsor will have a 6′ x 30″ rectangular table and 2 chairs. Due to space restrictions, larger tables will not be available.
The exhibit space is in the pre-function area of the Ravinia Ballroom and is over 6,000 square feet! Due to the large size and open configuration of the pre-function space, all booth locations offer a positive opportunity for interacting and conversing with conference participants, as well as easy access to the keynotes and meals. Additionally, you’ll see that the other side of the pre-function space offers sole access to the hotel lobby, restrooms, breakouts, and parking deck.
Each conference attendee will receive a tote bag at registration. The item should be no larger than 8.5×11 inches (and ½” inch thick) such as koozies, pens, stickers, brochures, download cards, or other swag. If you have any questions about a specific item, or if your intended item does not fall within those parameters, please contact info@sais.org as soon as possible to discuss. Bag stuffers will need to be received by SAIS staff by October 6 the conference. You may include a bag stuffer for an additional $500. Limit of five available.

Mailing addresses for all conference registrants will be provided two weeks prior to the conference so that you may snail-mail a brochure. These are for ONE-TIME USE ONLY. They may not, in whole or part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the one-time mailing associated. Unfortunately, we cannot release attendee email addresses due to our privacy policy.

Any materials for your exhibit should be shipped directly to your attention (hold for arrival) to the Crowne Plaza Ravinia. Boxes will be received no earlier than October 13. Please use the following address and label format and if you have multiple boxes, please mark them 1 of 3 and so on. Exhibit personnel in charge of setting up your booth should be aware of how and when all freight was shipped, tracking/pro numbers, and the carrier. This information is EXTREMELY important when trying to locate missing freight. SAIS is not responsible for missing freight.

Exhibitor cancellations received in writing to info@sais.org before August 31 will be refunded less a 30% processing fee. Cancellations received after August 31 are not eligible for a refund.
Registration, attendance at, or participation in SAIS meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SAIS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.
