COVID Safety Guidelines

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken a number of precautions to minimize risk during this event. If you choose to attend, please follow these standards:

  • Do not travel or attend if you feel sick
  • Be fully vaccinated according to CDC guidelines or submit a negative PCR test administered within 72 hours of arrival in the event you need a vaccination accommodation.
  • Review the health screening survey each morning
  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Thermometers and masks are available at registration
  • Be considerate of others and their comfort levels

Health Screening Survey

To reduce the spread of COVID-19, please review the following questions prior to entering the meeting space.

If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, do not enter the meeting space. Please contact lori@sais.org as soon as possible.

1. Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea

2. Within the past 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for at least 15 minutes) with a person who is known to have a laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 case or with anyone who has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19?

3. Have you been, or are you isolating or quarantining because you may have been exposed to a person with COVID-19 or are worried that you may be sick with COVID-19?

4. Are you currently waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test?
