The SAIS Annual Conference is the largest regional networking and educational event for independent school professionals in the Southeast. Attendees will examine critical issues, discuss proven strategies, and share emerging trends.
Audience: heads of school, assistant heads, division heads, academic deans, deans of students, business officers, tech directors, advancement directors, enrollment directors, and communications/marketing directors

BAG STUFFER: You may include a bag stuffer for an additional $600. -Each conference attendee will receive a tote bag at registration pre-stuffed with conference materials and sponsored items. -Your item can be no larger than 8.5″x11″ and no more than 1/4″ thick. This could be a brochure, notepad, pen, koozie, etc. -Bag stuffers must be received no later than 10/7/2022. -Please note there are a maximum of 5 bag stuffers; first come, first serve. Each 30″x30″ exhibitor will have a 30″x30″ round hi-boy with 1 barstool.
Each 6’x30″ exhibitor and sponsor will have a 6′ x 30″ rectangular table and 2 chairs.
Due to space restrictions, larger tables will not be available.
Mailing addresses for all conference registrants will be provided two weeks prior to the conference so that you may snail-mail a brochure. These are for ONE-TIME USE ONLY. They may not, in whole or part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the one-time mailing associated. Unfortunately, we cannot release attendee email addresses due to our privacy policy.

Exhibit personnel in charge of setting up your booth should be aware of how and when all freight was shipped, tracking/pro numbers, and the carrier. This information is EXTREMELY important when trying to locate missing freight. SAIS is not responsible for missing freight.
*OUTBOUND SHIPPING: Please bring your own pre-printed shipping labels. Pack and label your boxes and leave them at your exhibit table. You will need to schedule pick-up with your carrier. Hotel staff will collect packages after exhibitor tear-down. Be sure to keep your tracking information on your shipment(s).
Providing a safe environment for learning is a top priority at SAIS, as it is in your schools. We need your help to achieve this goal. We want to help keep you safe and healthy as we deliver this stellar lineup of speakers and sessions.
Participation in SAIS events signifies an attendee’s acknowledgement of infectious and other diseases and voluntary assumption of the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event. Attendees agree to comply with all guidelines and procedures, including distancing and/or masking, that may be implemented by SAIS, in accordance with recommendations from the CDC and other public health authorities.
Sponsorships are non-refundable.
Exhibitor cancellations received in writing to info@sais.org before August 31 will be refunded less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations received after August 31 are not eligible for a refund.
Registration, attendance at, or participation in SAIS meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SAIS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.
