The Summer Conference is designed for those who focus on the well-being of the school community. This year’s sessions include fostering a culture of belonging, partnering with families, and recruiting and retaining talented teachers. Content will be appropriate for heads, assistant heads, division leaders, deans, counselors, and other school leaders. Participating together as a team is encouraged.

The Summer Conference encompasses three former stand-alone events:

  • Dean of Students Symposium
  • Independent School Counselors Conference
  • Division Heads Conference

Specific programming for those roles will be included.

Connect with regional peers, learn from experts, and develop new skills as you focus on the environment, experiences, and programming vital to the growth of your school.

You will learn how to:

  • Impact school culture from your position
  • Find joy as a school leader
  • Practice active listening skills for difficult conversations
  • Improve faculty morale
  • Communicate as a team around change
  • Collaborate to move new initiatives forward
