This session will provide educational leaders with a clear framework for how they can effectively support the mental health of their students and teachers. They will be given specific steps they can take to ensure all of their teachers are coping with the stressors they are facing, and are equipped and confident in supporting the mental health of their students so every student is engaged, successful, and thriving. They will be shown a preview of a school-wide mental health program that uses online video-based resources featuring peer voices and psychological skill-building exercises to up-skill students, teachers, and parents. Presentation attendees will also gain exclusive access to a trial of these resources.
