This workshop will provide educational leaders with a clear framework for building mental health awareness, self-reflection, and empowerment in their students, thereby improving their ability to thrive in their lives in the long-term.
Participants will learn how and why current methods within a school setting often miss the mark for generating long-term resilience, and be introduced to a structured approach for how school systems can transform the classroom into a space that targets long-term thriving in all their students.
The core theme of this workshop is teaching a process for uncovering the ‘hidden’ mental health challenges that are blocking many students from long term thriving, that most schools are not set up to adequately address. Participants will be introduced to resources that make it easy for their teachers to facilitate this learning in their students, while supporting their own well-being at the same time.
