  • the business of independent schools
  • the power structure that leaders exist in
  • access to information; spotting the “chief pace setter”
  • strengthening relations with the development office
  • cultivating programming over time

Leave with actionable strategies, insight, and tools to use within your existing relationships.  Ideal for the new associate division directors/heads, deans, and department chairs seeking a more systemic understanding of the complex landscape of independent schools.
