Zakaria SherbinyFounder, First Rodeo Coaching
Zakaria Sherbiny is the founder of First Rodeo Coaching, an organization dedicated to supporting independent school leaders in new roles, as well as leaders seeking to privately develop their DEI competencies. Zakaria began his independent school career as an early childhood teacher in Washington, DC, before serving as an administrator at PK-12 day schools in the Deep South and Mid-Atlantic. He holds advanced degrees in education from Harvard University and Columbia University, where he was a graduate of the Klingenstein Center.
