Marist School is an independent, Catholic day school that seeks to develop the whole person in the image of Christ. Marist’s mission is advanced through the communal pursuit of excellence in academic, religious, extracurricular, leadership, and service programs. Marist enrolls approximately 1,100 students in grades 7-12.
The Office for Institutional Advancement (OIA), which consists of Development, Alumni Engagement, Communications, and Advancement Services, promotes philanthropy to advance the mission and priorities of Marist School. The OIA is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Advancement Services Manager to join its team. The Advancement Services Manager is an integral member of the Advancement Services team, providing a full range of support to the Director of Advancement Services, including assisting in the oversight of The Raiser’s Edge (RE) database, maintaining data integrity, and providing support to the Office for Institutional Advancement, Business Office, and other departments within Marist School. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and experience in The Raiser’s Edge.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The hours for this position are generally 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend commitments. This is a year-round staff position.
