Charlotte Latin is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our cohort of Latin Fellows for the 2022-2023 school year. Latin Fellows is designed to give one year of guidance, training and experience to recent college graduates considering teaching as a career. Latin Fellows are not considered interns or student teachers; rather, they are full-time employees treated as colleagues within their departments as they teach in one of our three divisions. Selected Fellows will be placed in Lower School, Middle School or Upper School classroom settings under the mentorship of expert teachers.

Fellows have many opportunities to contribute to the school community and for personal and professional development. Examples may include sponsoring a club, coaching, attending conferences and international travel. Applications for Fellows’ positions are reviewed for all academic departments and divisions.

Charlotte Latin School is committed to building a culturally diverse faculty and we strongly encourage people of color, especially those from historically underrepresented racial groups to apply for Latin Fellows. This position will begin August of 2022.
