Minimum Experience: 3-5 years


The Middle and Upper School Librarian provides a comprehensive supportive program for student learning and faculty teaching through library and information services and technology integration. The MS/US librarian is responsible for organizing and managing collections of journals, books, magazines, newspapers, electronic documents and other data resources. Additionally, the librarian is also responsible for organizing lessons, supporting research and writing, managing the physical space of the library, and some archival work. 

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a library and its physical and digital resources, leading classes on research and writing, and will be comfortable teaching/working with girls in a student-centered environment. A Master’s degree is required, and an emphasis on School Libraries and Information Science or Instructional Technology is preferred. Candidates should be passionate about reading, writing, and the equitable development of adolescent girls.
