When mid-level leaders understand their natural talents, they lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. They stop managing from obligation and start leading from strength.
Division heads and department chairs sit at the intersection of vision and practice, translating a school’s mission into the daily experience of faculty, staff, and students. When these leaders thrive, their teams thrive. When their teams thrive, schools do too.
This cohort is built on a simple belief: the best leadership development helps leaders recognize and refine what they already carry. Through the lens of CliftonStrengths, participants will deepen self-awareness, strengthen their teams, and build the leadership presence that earns trust and cultivates cultures where people do their best work.
SAIS is committed to developing leaders at every level of the school. This cohort is an investment in the people who make that mission real.
