Over the last several years, schools have been wrestling with the emergence of AI tools and how they affect the learning experience for students. There has been less discussion about how AI could change the operational side of independent schools or how they may reshape the competitive landscape in many local markets. In this webinar, we will look at the operational tools that will become available to schools over the next several years and discuss the policies school leaders can put in place today so that they will be well-equipped to leverage the tools of tomorrow. Drawing from the Center for Institutional Research in Independent School’s recently published data governance handbook, attendees will learn the difference between task- and insight-oriented data and walk away with concrete tools to assess their school’s current state of data readiness.
