The result is a clear, actionable picture of where your school is thriving and where it has room to grow.
What does the School Community Feedback Survey measure?
Measure the experiences that matter most across six core areas and a set of optional add-on modules tailored to your school’s needs.
How does the School Community Feedback process work?
Every aspect of the SCF Survey is designed to make participation easy, responses honest, and results meaningful.
You may survey one, two, or all three stakeholder groups: parents & guardians, faculty & staff, and students in grades 9-12.
Most items are rated on a five-point scale (strongly disagree to strongly agree, or extremely ineffective to extremely effective), with a “not sure/not applicable” option where appropriate.
The survey collects demographic information to allow for deeper analysis of responses. All results are reported in aggregate, and no response can be traced to an individual.
Demographics Collected:
- School division (Early Childhood, Lower, Middle, Upper) or grade level for students
- Number of years associated with the school
- Race and ethnicity
- Gender for staff and students
- Boarding and/or international student status (when applicable)
You choose your own launch and close dates. Plan for the survey to be open 10-14 days to maximize response rates.

An optional facilitated data review gives your leadership team a guided walkthrough of your results with an SAIS staff member. The price is $500 for members and $699 for non-member schools.
