Using the SAIS Teaching & Learning Framework as a shared lens, your team will move through a facilitated Reveal, Reconsider, Reposition design process, examining your current instructional systems, challenging assumptions, and building a concrete action plan tailored to your school’s context and goals.
Your team will leave with new insights, a shared language for instructional practice, and a clear path forward.

How does Future-Ready Learning Design work?

- $3,000 for one team (member price) plus travel/accommodations
- $4,000 for 2-3 teams from your school plus travel/accommodations
Assemble a team or teams of 3-5 members.
- Teams could include chief academic officers, academic deans, division heads, department chairs, instructional coaches, and teacher leaders and other academic leaders.
- Participant names are not required at registration and will be collected approximately six weeks prior to your session.
Identify a pressing academic priority from your school or division. This could be an initiative, project, or challenge with the potential for significant impact that your team will address during the sprint.
- Note: Teams from the same school may work on the same academic priority or different priorities.
