Strengthening Organizational Health in a Changing Landscape

With governance challenges on the rise across the independent school landscape, the SAIS Governance Health Index (GHI) framework provides a shared language and structure for strategic reflection, performance review, and board development. 

Facilitated guidance through the six core competencies of the framework is available to schools, either virtually or in-person on your school’s campus. Led by SAIS President Dr. Brett Jacobsen, the GHI is a tool that allows governance teams to assess where they are now and chart a path forward.
