2024 SAIS Board of Trustees Nominees

The SAIS Board of Trustees is responsible for the supervision, control, and direction of the association. The nominations process takes place each spring.

The SAIS Board of Trustees is pleased to propose four new trustees for the term 1/1/2024-12/31/2026:

• Chuck Baldecchi, Head of School, Charlotte Latin School – NC
• Toni Boyd, Vice President for Finance & Operations, The Westminster Schools – GA
• McKenzie Cohen, Head of School, The Collegiate School of Memphis – TN
• Cecil Stodghill, Head of School, The Altamont School – AL

Heads of SAIS member schools will have the opportunity to vote on this slate at the head of school virtual roundtable and annual business meeting at 4:15 PM Eastern on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.
