This asynchronous online course is for experienced public school teachers who are making the move to an independent school.
Participants should have at least three years of teaching experience in a public or charter school setting.
Providing year-long virtual support from experienced independent school educators giving those in their first three years of teaching the space to learn core skills, gain confidence, and improve their practice. Includes both asynchronous learning modules and synchronous cohort-based dialogues facilitated by an experienced educator/mentor.
