Trustees and heads may want to consider different forms of coaching and consulting in support of their partnerships. This workshop will share one example of a year-long project designed to fortify a board’s culture and the working relationships between trustees, the head of school, and senior leaders. Instead of another one-day board retreat, the Brandeis School asked Mike Hanas to join them as a “process observer” over the course of the 2023-24 school year.
