Joining a Webinar or Virtual Roundtable

After clicking the Zoom link to join, you will be sent to the waiting room (screen shot below).

To be admitted, please rename yourself with your full name and school name. For example, Jane Doe – Hillside School.

ZOOM Rename Help

The following will help those that are unfamiliar with how to rename yourself in Zoom. If you are on a smartphone or tablet, click here to jump to directions specific to mobile device users.

Mac & Windows users:

1. Hover your mouse on your picture box
2. Click the blue “…” button. Click on Rename.
3. Edit your name to ensure it shows your full name and school name.
4. Click OK.

1. Touch on the Participants button
2. Touch your name.
3. Choose Rename.
